Matt is the President of the Worcester Bravehearts and Masis Staffing Solutions. He and his family purchased the Bravehearts in February of 2024 and have worked to bring together the worlds of sports and staffing. In conjunction with owning the team, Matt operates Masis Staffing, a staffing company which spans over 30 states. Vaccaro is a graduate of Framingham State University and was named to Worcester Business Journal's 40 under 40 in 2022. Outside of the office, Matt has been a coach of Shrewsbury Post 397's American Legion Team who has reached the American Legion World Series three times since 2017 and won a state championship in 2024. He is also Chairman of the committee for the 2025 Central Mass American Association Heart Walk.
Donny created and hosted the 2023 Worcester Sports Management Summit, the former annual Summit of the Worcester Bravehearts. Now, the team has decided to expand their reach and create the New England Sports Summit. Donny holds many roles in the sports industry, primarily as the Assistant General Manager for the Worcester Bravehearts. He is also a part of the Boston Bruins Foundation Game & Events staff, where he works Bruins home games and Foundation Events. A Suffolk University graduate, Porcaro has held roles with the Boston Celtics, Suffolk University Athletics, and Massachusetts Pirates previously.
Dave has been the Worcester Bravehearts General Manager since the team's inception in 2013. A Syracuse University Graduate, Dave worked for the Worcester Tornadoes and for WXLO prior to joining the Bravehearts as the team's first employee. Dave was a co-founder of the Worcester Sports Management Summit in 2018 and has helped to host the event three times previously. Outside of the Bravehearts, he is the Vice Chair of Discover Central Massachusetts Board of Directors. Dave was also named to Worcester Business Journal's 40 under 40 in 2011.
