Kaity Goodwin is currently a member of the TD Garden Marketing and Communications team where she enjoys creating content for TD Garden social channels covering games, concerts, and more. Additionally, she is proud to support the different community initiatives and events at the Garden including ticket donations, seasonal community outreach events, and the TD Garden House Artist program. Prior to her position at the Garden, Kaity was thrilled to be the Take the Lead Fellow for the 2022-2023 year. While she spent most of her time in the Red Sox Community & Player Relations department, she thoroughly enjoyed each rotation amongst the other 5 Boston/New England Sports teams working with a diverse network of individuals and experiencing a variety of departments. Her favorite moments included designing beer cans for the Boston Pride Women's hockey team and hosting and revamping the Take the Lead Summit at Fenway Park.

Kaity graduated from Babson College with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in tech, entrepreneurship, and design. Throughout her college career, she was an active member on campus: serving as president of the Campus Activities Board, RA, mascot, and more. She attributes her passion for events and entertainment to her college experience and encourages students to get involved on their own campuses.
